Apple TV, what's it all about?
Say you’ve downloaded Cars from iTunes. Instead of watching it on your computer, wirelessly sync the movie to Apple TV. Then pull up a seat, put up your feet, and play your chosen film on your TV. Give yourself a hand: You’ve just changed the way you watch digital media.
What’s on TV? Whatever you want.
Apple TV puts your iTunes library - movies, TV shows, music, and podcasts on your TV, your digital photos appear in high definition, so you can put on a big-screen slideshow. With up to 200 hours of video, 36,000 songs, or 25,000 photos at your command, there’s always something good on TV.
Direct-to-Internet
With Apple TV, you can watch theatrical trailers from Apple.com on your TV and soon, you’ll be able to browse and watch YouTube videos on the big screen, too. Coming in autumn, you can browse and watch thousands of free YouTube videos streaming directly from the Internet. Just sit back and enjoy the show.
iTunes to Apple TV, wire free.
Apple TV connects to your TV via an HDMI port or component video and audio ports or we can integrate it into your multi-room system or home cinema set up. Its built-in, super fast 802.11 Wi-fi wireless capability syncs your iTunes library from any Mac or PC in the house. Best of all, what’s on Apple TV stays in sync: Anytime you change your library in iTunes, it changes on Apple TV — wirelessly, automatically.
